Quality Reports Now Available

The AJRR Quality Reports are now part of RegistryInsights™ and accessible to all Registry participants. If your institution is participating without a subscription, you will also be granted limited online access to a yearly report of your data in Q1 of 2018. You will be given access to RegistryInsights to view the report, as well as the ability to view the AJRR Quality Report and demonstration dashboards.
AJRR Quality Reports will improve data quality and provide participants greater visibility into their records. RegistryInsights subscribers were given access to the reports in October 2017 as part of Phase I of our Quality Report initiative. Phase II was released in late 2017, and the reports now display a detailed report for file record errors. Every non-subscribing institution will have access to the Quality Report with the release of this year's Yearly Report.
The Yearly Report will contain a snapshot of the data you submitted to AJRR for procedures performed on or between January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016. Yearly Reports always report on the same time period as the most recent AJRR Annual Report. Your data will populate dashboards, and you will have the ability to filter based on attributes like “Procedure Site,” “Procedure Type,” “Patient Gender,” “Age Groups,” “Date Range,” and “Hospital” (if your institution has submitted data for more than one location). The three dashboards available will be “National,” “Hospital,” and “Hospital System.”
All participants with Yearly Reports will be able to print their report by exporting the data to Excel. Multiple-location institutions will have a separate tab for each hospital. Yearly Report access will expire a few months after becoming available.
